7. Retention
Active client records are retained for the duration of our engagement and for up to seven years thereafter, in line with statutory record-keeping requirements. On withdrawal, we anonymise or destroy personal data unless retention is legally required.

Records are stored on access-controlled servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Internal access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis. No physical photographs or hard documents leave our office.
